Construction Painting NC II covers the skills and knowledge required to prepare tools, painting materials and equipment; prepare surfaces (wood, concrete, drywall and metal) for painting and assembling access equipment; and perform painting work. Electrical Installation and Maintenance NC II consists of competencies such as installing and maintaining electrical wiring, lighting and related equipment and systems where the voltage does not exceed 600 volts in residential houses and buildings. Masonry NC II provides trainees with the technical skills such as installing brick and concrete blocks, installing precast baluster or handrail, and plastering concrete wall surfaces. Plumbing NC II encompasses the skills and knowledge on installing and maintaining plumbing systems within medium-rise buildings. This includes the installation of multiple plumbing units with multi-point hot and cold water lines as well as repair and maintenance work. Plumbing NC III consists of competencies to install simple and complex plumbing systems such as centralized as well as storage-type of water heater systems for high-rise buildings. Trainees must be 18 years old, at least junior high school level or graduate, a holder of National Certificate for Plumbing NC II or with relevant industry experience (plumbing works) for a minimum of 3 years, can perform basic mathematical computation and mensuration, and be physically and mentally fit.

Reinforcing Steel Works NC II consists of competencies that individuals must achieve to enable them to fabricate and install RSB materials in high-rise infrastructure projects. Scaffolding Works NC II (Supported Type Scaffold) consists of competencies that individuals must achieve to enable them to erect, check, correct, and dismantle all support-type scaffolds regardless of height. This course also covers handling of scaffold components, tools, and equipment. Trainees must be 18 years old, at least junior high school level or graduate, physically and mentally fit, and can perform basic mathematical computation.

SMAW NC II enables individuals to weld carbon steel plate and pipe components, adhering to specifications outlined in layouts, blueprints, diagrams, work orders, welding procedures, or oral instructions. This qualification utilizes shielded metal arc welding equipment. Trainees must be 18 years old, at least junior high school level or graduate, completed training in SMAW NC I or a holder of SMAW NC I, physically and mentally fit, and can perform basic mathematical computations.

System Formworks Installation NC II consists of competencies to enable workers to assemble and dismantle scaffolds, shorings, and braces. The course also enables workers to perform installation and stripping of system formworks and its components and supports. An essential component of this course is the formworkers collaborative tasks with the line and grade surveyor, rebar installer, crane operator, and rigger under the direct supervision of a lead man or foreman. Trainees must be 18 years old, at least junior high school level or graduate, physically and mentally fit, and can perform basic mathematical computation.

HEO Bulldozer NC II enables workers to perform tasks such as excavating, dozing, ripping, winching, and clearing of earth materials in construction sites or other locations. Front Office Services NC II equips workers with the skills and disciplines in handling reservations, registering guests, and facilitating check-in and check-out of guests in commercial accommodation establishments. Hilot (Wellness Massage) NC II consists of competencies needed in planning the hilot wellness program for clients, providing pre-service support, applying hilot wellness massage techniques, and providing post-service advice and assistance. Medical Auxiliary Specialized Services is an internally developed program that equips aspiring health care professionals with relevant skills such as assisting and receiving patients for medical examination, participating in preventive, promotive and rehabilitative care procedures, facilitating in the positioning or mobilization of patients in care procedures, and assisting in stabilizing patients with medical conditions. Trainees must be at least 18 years old, at least a high school graduate, demonstrate good communication and customer service abilities, perform basic mathematical computation, and be physically and mentally fit.
