Its tireless efforts to enhance the skills and employability of Filipino workers, foster innovation and creativity, and advocate lifelong learning have consistently garnered recognition from prestigious international and national award-giving bodies.
Outstanding CSR Project in Education
For producing multi-skilled and employable graduates, the Senior High School Program of the Primary Structures Educational Foundation, Inc. – School of Knowledge for Industrial Labor Leadership and Service (PSEFI SKILLS) was recognized as winner of the Outstanding Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Project in Education by the members of the League of Corporate Foundations (LCF).
The recognition was announced during LCF’s CSR Guild Awards last July 3, 2024 at Dusit Hotel Thani, Makati City. PSEFI SKILLS President and COO, Paulette D. Liu, and Executive Director, Jessie Cubijano, accepted the award.
People Program of the Year awardee by PMAP
The SKILLS Program of the Primary Structures Educational Foundation Inc (PSEFI) was honored as the People Program of the Year – Regional Exemplar Award by the People Management Association of the Philippines during the 47th PMAP Awards Night held at the Waterfront Hotel and Casino, Cebu City on October 25, 2023.
Best Practices – EDCOM II
SKILLS was recognized by EDCOM II as one of the country’s best practices in delivering tech-voc education and training in 2023.
Medical Auxiliary Specialized Services (MASS), received a CSR Guild Award for Outstanding Project in Health from the League of Corporate Foundation (LCF). The award was bestowed at the conclusion of LCF's CSR Expo 2022 at the Blue Leaf Pavilion, Taguig City.
Innovation Award for Partnerships and Policies – Multi-Skilling
SKILLS received an Innovation Award for Partnership and Policies from the Habitat for Humanity (HFH).
The Innovation Award was presented to Ms. Paulette D. Liu during HFH’s 7th Asia-Pacific Housing Forum held at the Grand Hyatt Erawan Bangkok, Thailand last September 17-19, 2019. SKILLS was among the 3 winners chosen from over 60 applications from various countries.
Socially Responsible Entrepreneur of the Year – PDL
Ms. Paulette D. Liu was recognized as “Socially Responsible Entrepreneur of the Year 2018” during the CCCI 2018 Grand Chamber Awards.
100 Most Influential Women / HR – PDL
Ms. Paulette D. Liu was recognized as one of the Most Influential Filipina Women in the World and received the Global FWN100 Award at Mactan Shangri-la, Lapu-Lapu City, Cebu.
She was also awarded as one of the 100 Most Influential Global HR Professionals at the Global HR Excellence Awards held at Taj Lands End, Mumbai, India, organized by The World HRD Congress in 2016.
Tagsanay Awards
Engr. Steve Y. Banzon was recognized as the Best Trainer in Region VII (Cebu) by TESDA. He received this award during the Tagsanay Awards 2016, which took place from September 18-22, 2016 at the TESDA Grounds in Taguig City. The Certificate of Recognition acknowledges Engr. Steve for surpassing the necessary criteria and exhibiting exceptional skills as a TVET Trainer, including his qualification and participation in the National Level Selection of the 2016 Tagsanay Awards.
Ms. Myrna Pitaluna-Alngog, was awarded the prestigious "TESDA Best! Batang TESDA" national award for her exceptional skills and achievements. She was chosen out of 12 nominees from all over the Philippines. She is a trainer and assessor in various trades, including HEO Hydraulic Excavator SMAW, FCAW, GMAW, RSB Installation, and Carpentry NC III.
