Plumbing NC II encompasses the skills and knowledge on installing and maintaining plumbing systems within medium-rise buildings. This includes the installation of multiple plumbing units with multi-point hot and cold water lines as well as repair and maintenance work. Trainees must be 18 years old, at least junior high school level or graduate, physically and mentally fit,  and can perform basic mathematical computation.
