Masonry NC II provides trainees with the technical skills such as installing brick and concrete blocks, installing precast baluster or handrail, and plastering concrete wall surfaces. Trainees must be 18 years old, at least junior high school level or graduate, physically and mentally fit,  and can perform basic mathematical computation.
