HEO Tower Crane Operations NC II prepares workers to perform tasks such as lifting and transferring heavy loads in construction sites or other locations with the use of tower cranes. Trainees must be 18 years old, at least junior high school level or graduate, physically and mentally fit, and can perform basic mathematical computation.
