HEO Hydraulic Excavator Operations NC II equips workers with the skills to excavate earth materials in construction sites or other locations using hydraulic excavator or backhoe equipment.  Trainees must be 18 years old, at least junior high school level or graduate, physically and mentally fit,  and can perform basic mathematical computation.
