Women and girls deserve equal rights, opportunities, and a life free from violence and discrimination. The United Nations recognizes this and promotes women's involvement in sustainable development. The Primary Group of Builders offers equal opportunities for both men and women, integrating women into the construction sector. Skilled women are employed in various roles such as building maintenance and project supervision. This initiative stemmed from PGB's Strong Work Group and addressed the sensitivities needed to protect women's welfare during training and work.
