Providing equal opportunities for the deaf

The UN estimates that 15% of the world's population has disabilities. In the Philippines, 17 million are deaf or hard of hearing. They have limited access to opportunities. Concrete actions are needed to ensure equality and dignity. In 2015, PSEFI partnered with organizations to train and integrate deaf individuals into the workforce.
